I don't know who said he doesn't always place at majors, i've never watched one where he didn't get top 8. And his team doesn't have high execution, and yet he wins consistently. He is a pretty good player. I just wished he would make a team actually based around Frank. I don't know if you noticed, but his team allows him to do everything with Frank. It works for him, but there will always be that chance that it won't work whereas a regular "get frank to Level 4" combo is usually better to get him because once the combo starts, it's up tot he player to finish it; not some mechanic that has a completely random chance of getting to level 4.
