I've had my card go clean through 3Dmark but after a half hour of gaming the screen would go nuts. Just keep backing down till you can play all day without funk on screen. CGW recommends you only enable the dragothic test in 3dmark, because it's dark, you can see artifacts better, things like lines, pixels, and dropped textures in the distance.
